Original format: A3, pencil and ink
This is an illustration for a collection of short stories by popular Serbian fantasy and horror authors. The story I illustrated revolves about Nostradamus, forbidden lore and bonefire, so I played a bit with those ideas. I am not completely satisfied with the final result - because the deadline was tight and I had too many different versions of this illustration. In the end, I think I chose the best solution.

Great work. The only problem I would say is that it does look a little colored, but that's not too bad because everything is still distinct enough that it doesn't all run together. Love the figure standing over the mound of skulls, specifically.
